Beirut’s Heritage On The Verge of Disappearing…

A growing number of Beirut’s old buildings are being acquired and demolished by real estate developers to be replaced by brand new residential complexes. Here is a short reportage by the staff of L’Orient-Le Jour on the Dargham buildings in Monot Street, Ashrafieh (uploaded on Friday, August 5, 2011).
